Shipping policy

Shipping Terms:

All orders are shipped with the bare minimum of Royal Mail tracked 24hour shipping for UK orders, this means that all parcels aim to be delivered by the next working day. Please note this is valid for after despatch.

As all of our candles are handmade during especially busy periods such as Christmas, orders can take up to one working week to be despatched.

Once despatched you will be issued with a tracking number so that you can track your package - please email hello@caiacandle.com if you have not received a despatch email and it has been 5 working days since purchasing your candle.
